FIRA B!

Fira B!, the music and performing arts showcase festival and conference of the Balearic Islands, is organized by the Institut d’Estudis Baleàrics, an institution of the Government of the Balearic Islands that has as its main aim to present the culture of the Balearic Islands outside of the region. To that end, the showcase side of the event presents around 55 showcases of all styles of music, of which around 60% are by artists from the region, but also hosts over 30% showcases by artists from all over Europe. The conference side has an attendance of over 500 delegates, with over 100 guests from all around the world. It includes over 40 activities of various sorts (workshops, panels, presentations, interviews, etc.).
