FoMC welcomes music conferences, showcase festivals and professional platforms that want to connect with peers internationally and contribute to stronger and more sustainable music ecosystems.
Members come from different markets, regions and event formats, but share an interest in professional exchange, cooperation and the future development of the sector.
Why join FoMC?
Music is developing in a fast-changing and increasingly complex environment. Technology, new business models, skills, mobility, sustainability, public policy, access to finance and changing audience behaviours are affecting music ecosystems in different ways and at different speeds.
FoMC brings together conferences and professional platforms that are closely connected to these realities in their own cities, regions and countries.
Through the Federation, members can share experience and knowledge, compare what is happening in different markets and work together on issues that cannot always be addressed at local or national level alone.
Some priorities may be local or regional. Others may require cooperation between countries, sectors or international networks. FoMC provides a common space to connect these different levels, develop projects and partnerships, test ideas and bring relevant knowledge back into our respective ecosystems.

Who can join?
FoMC is open to established music conferences, showcase festivals and professional meeting platforms with a clear connection to the music sector.
Events can have different formats, audiences and geographic focuses, but should include a meaningful professional dimension through conferences, panels, workshops, networking, showcases or other professional activities.
Annual budget or turnover of the member conference/event —> Annual membership fee
Up to € 50,000 —> € 50
€ 50,001 – €200,000 —> € 200
€ 200,001 – € 1,000,000 —> € 600
Above € 1,000,000 —> € 1,000
Membership fees contribute to the operation and development of FoMC and its activities for members.
